  • 1 seeds and cereals country-style loaf
  • 1 Conference pear
  • 200g Fourme d'Ambert
  • 20 g rocket
  • 20 g walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon

  • Peel the pear, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
  • Lightly fry the slices without allowing them to colour too much
  • Then deglaze with the juice of half a lemon
  • Slice the bread
  • Spread two slices of bread with the Fourme d'Ambert.
  • Arrange the crushed walnuts, pear slices and rocket on top of the cheese
  • Lay the other slice on top, cheese side down
  • Repeat with the remaining slices of bread
  • Brush the outside of the bread slices with a little olive oil
  • Cook for 8 min at 180°C in the oven on a baking sheet
  • Serve warm
